Theresa's greatest joy has come from improving workplaces and helping individuals reach significance. This focus has led to regional and national recognition for her clients, including Top Workplace awards, EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and Minnesota Top Executive recognition.
Theresa has an Executive MBA with honors from the University of St. Thomas and holds a BS with high distinction from the University of Minnesota. In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, photography, alpine skiing, and boating.
Sean has 21 years of experience overseas working in accounting and finance and serving local communities with his family, primarily in Eastern Europe. Four of those years were in Austria and fifteen years were in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This gave him the opportunity to learn German and Bosnian and adapt to different cultures and environments.
Sean is passionate about coaching and supporting people to find roles which fit their unique gifts, skills, and experience for Kingdom purposes. He believes that although someone's role may change over time, their purpose never does. He has a commitment to working alongside people on their journey to find the place where they can make the most impact. He loves learning new things, playing racket sports, and snowboarding or mountain biking down the slopes of Bosnian mountains.
Sean graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Accounting and has used his communication, cultural, and interpersonal skills to navigate the bureaucracies of foreign governments to establish viable programs and organizations.
Kimberly has over 20 years of experience working in career consulting and human resources. This has encompassed working with clients individually and in college career services. She taught courses, wrote curriculum and counseled students in internships, career planning, and career exploration at the University of Minnesota.
Kimberly has also worked in staffing and recruiting, making permanent and temporary placements of employees for a variety of corporations and organizations. Her passion is helping people to understand themselves and how to find the best fit position. Professionally, Kimberly has spoken at both national and regional conferences, such as the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) and the Minnesota Career Development Association (MCDA). She has completed the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Qualifying Program, using the MBTI in career counseling; MBTI Step II; and Understanding the 16 Types. In addition, she received the Career Services Innovation Award from the Career Development Network at the University of Minnesota. She holds a M.S. from Minnesota State University in Counseling along with an Industrial Relations Certificate and B.S. in Marketing/Speech Communication/Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
Kimberly loves to travel and cherished the opportunity to advise international students enrolled at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. She loves hiking, especially in the mountains, creating memories with her family, and capturing special moments in pictures.
Belén has 15 years of experience working with internationals, and nearly seven years of experience coaching workers in Europe and Southeast Asia. She has a degree in Interpretation from the American School of Translators and Interpreters (EATRI) a TESOL certification, and over a decade of experience with live language interpretation, translation, and teaching English and Spanish.
Originally from the south of Chile, Belén now lives in Colorado, USA with her family. She is passionate about helping people reach their purpose in life and seeing personal and community transformation along the way.

Since 1996, Ash has worked as a consultant, leadership coach, and business development professional to businesses and entrepreneurs in the US, Asia, and Africa. He invested twelve years serving businesses across various industries such as national homebuilders, city transit authorities, hospitality companies and commercial general contractors, and fifteen years directing operations for an organization specializing in cross-cultural leadership development. He brings an intense focus to empowering leadership in the digital age, personal and organizational alignment, execution and relational dynamics, and negotiating complex cultural changes.
Ash is certified in the Birkman Method™ and enjoys coaching leaders of all types in career exploration, employee development, interpersonal dynamics, and maximizing performance.
He has a Master’s degree from the Akrofi Christaller Institute in Akropong, Ghana, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern University. Since 2006, Ash has
spent more than 15% of his work life on the ground in African and Asian countries.
Originally from Pennsylvania farm country, Ash now resides just outside Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and three children. As a family, the Zooks love last minute travel and the experience of
Nancy has over 25 years of experience working in the business and non-profit sectors. In business, she focused on recruiting, both domestically and internationally, and thrived on seeing talented professionals secure jobs that fit their strengths and benefitted employers. In the non-profit sector, Nancy focused on fundraising for a growing organization committed to empowering individuals and families in need to support, encouragement and opportunities in the city of Chicago. Providing ways for donors to make a positive impact on the lives of others, through a mission they are passionate about, brought great joy and satisfaction to Nancy.
Nancy has an MBA from DePaul University and a BA from Iowa State University. She and her husband and son live in Chicago. Nancy is active in a local homeschool community in which their son participates.
Rhiannon was born in the UK, near London, and trained as a physiotherapist at Southampton University. After graduation, she worked in the British National Health Service for a few years and then joined Mercy Ships in 2004, and moved to their land base in Sierra Leone, West Africa. She worked there as a physical therapist treating young adults and children with polio and war injuries. She also trained up local rehab therapists. It was there that she met her American husband, Jeff. He was managing the construction of the rehabilitation hospital that she was working in. They met on a dock while Jeff was playing with a monkey!
After serving in Sierra Leone for 2 years, Jeff and Rhiannon got married. A year after their marriage they went back to work with Mercy Ships but this time on the ‘Africa Mercy‘, the world’s largest non-governmental hospital ship. It provides free surgeries for those in need in West Africa. During this time, Rhiannon managed a team of physical therapists and occupational therapists, treating patients post orthopedic and plastics surgery. They spent two amazing years in Liberia on the ship as well as a few months in Ghana.
Rhiannon and Jeff have three children and have spent time living and working in the UK, Texas, and Georgia, where they currently live. Rhiannon loves spending time with family and friends, reading, going to the beach, and spending time outdoors.
Paul has 30 years of experience in management and organizational leadership throughout the United States as well as internationally, including the opportunity to work for four years in Personnel and Organization Leadership for a Non-Governmental Organization in Nairobi, Kenya.
He returned to the US to continue working with that organization for another 18 years, working with others who were interested in living and working in various locations throughout the African continent. Paul was able to utilize his skills in interviewing, hiring, job placement, and cross-cultural preparation. He brings those passions to see people interested in working cross-culturally to Elevalto today.
Paul holds a BA in history from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana. He and his wife Lisa have been married for 30 years and have four children and one grandchild. Paul and Lisa currently live in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Hannah graduated from Bethel University with a BA in History and International Relations. Her studies were focused in Middle Eastern culture, religion, and politics. In 2017, she spent a semester living and studying in Amman, Jordan. She also traveled and studied in countries throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
While completing her undergraduate degree, Hannah worked in Bethel University’s Advancement and Development Office, working with donor giving and establishing organizational and database procedures. She also gained valuable experience working in Bethel Seminary and Converge Worldwide’s Midwest Chapter’s Archives, inventorying, logging, and organizing historical data and artifacts for the institution. Since graduating, Hannah has returned to the Middle East to work on a conference that advocated for survivors of sex trafficking in Tel Aviv.
Hannah is passionate about intercultural dialogue and understanding, especially between westerners and the Arab world. In her free time Hannah loves to cook, read, travel, and spend time with her three sisters.
Alena graduated from Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Sciences with a B.S. in Wireless Communication Systems Engineering. She has experience working for a large federal company as well as on small teams where she developed custom software projects.
Alena has over five years of overseas experience working readily in different capacities as needed. Four of those years she spent on board a ship that visited over 40 countries in Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America doing charity projects. While on board she provided department leadership and managed a team of 25 young internationals for over two years, participated in implementation of ERP Stock Control Software, wrote manuals and developed specialized training for different teams, and performed in the role of Travel Coordinator.
The journey of analysis and learning excites Alena and she strives to constantly improve and collect all kinds of information. A quick learner, project management comes as second nature to Alena. In her free time she likes to bake, read, and research new topics of interest.
Kevwe is a Master's in Business Analytics candidate at the University of Rochester. She is originally from Nigeria and graduated from the University of Lagos with a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. After graduating, she spent three months volunteering in Cote d'Ivoire at a shelter for young girls.
She has two years of experience in the Nigerian technology industry, working as a data analyst, project manager, and solution analyst. Kevwe is passionate about problem-solving, thinking analytically, and identifying the best technology solutions to address a business need. As a project manager, she worked on a social impact project using technology to educate and empower 500,000 Nigerians. As a Business Analytics candidate, she has worked on projects involving pricing analytics, statistical analytics, building predictive models, semantic analytics, data visualizations, building and querying databases.
Kevwe's personal drive is to use technology for social good and impact people's lives. She is passionate about learning for the sake of learning, especially about new technology and its infrastructure. She spends her free time watching TV shows, reading, traveling, trying new foods, and going on adventures.
